Brendon Johnson, MA, BMus, CRCCO, is available to teach piano, music theory and music history in the Comox Valley.

After completing the Royal Conservatory's Grade 10 piano certificate while studying with local teacher Christine Purvis, Mr Johnson continued his music education at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. He studied organ with Ed Dunbar for nine years; among his other teachers was internationally known composer Joan J. Pinkston. He was graduated with a degree in church music and took postgraduate courses in music theory.

Mr Johnson has received the Colleague diploma of the Royal Canadian College of Organists and is a member of several professional organisations. He is an active church musician, has played recitals in both the United States and Canada and has toured Europe as piano accompanist for a university choir.
